Here is the schedule for the upcoming Fall 2008 CATLA Conference on October 27th at Spertus Institute:

9:00 - 9:30 am Registration & Refreshments
9:30 – 10:00 am Business meeting
10:00 – 10:45 am Tour of library, archives, & conservation lab
10:45 - 11:00 am Brief intermission
11:00 – noon Jewish Reference Encyclopedias: comparison and evaluation

Noon – 1:30 pm Lunch (visit local restaurants)
1:30 - 3:00 pm Survey of major Jewish studies reference sources with discussion and questions
3:00 pm Conference wrap-up

Asher Library staff will be leading each session.
